Emergency First-Aid (Basic – CSA Z1210-17)
This is a one-day training program which meets the requirements for Occupational Health & Safety for Basic First Aid.

This program covers an overview of basic first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home which includes the latest first aid and CPR level C guidelines and exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.

The purpose of this program is to give students the confidence to apply potential life saving techniques to the general public, co-workers, friends or family members.

  • Preparing to Respond
  • The EMS System
  • Check, Call, Care
  • Airway Emergencies
  • Breathing & Circulation Emergencies
  • First-Aid for Respiratory & Cardiac Arrest

  • Includes any other content required by specific legislation for this level of training
  • Participants receive a student manual in which they are able to follow along and take required notes as part of their participation.
  • Full participation, hands-on demonstrations and a written examination, are required to successfully complete the program and receive Industry Standard certification.
