Respiratory Protection program varies in length from 4-6 hours and is designed to teach students about approved respiratory protection to determine which type of respiratory protection is appropriate for the task at hand.
This program incorporates client specific policies, procedures and equipment into our core program to implement a specific training program for our clients’.
PURPOSE: To become acquainted with different types of respiratory protection, such as dust masks and charcoal organic-type respirators.
Understanding IDLH atmospheres to determine the level of respiratory protection along with the proper use of both self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and supplied-air breathing systems (SABA).

Full participation, hands-on demonstrations and a written examination are required to successfully complete the program and receive certification which is valid for 3 years.
